Steps

At oil in a pan then add chopped garlic cloves then add soak daal fry it for 5 min Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and g.g paste further broil it for 5 to 6 min..

Now add chopped green chillies in it then add almost 3 to 4 glass of water cover and let it cook until daal tenderized it will take 40 to 45 min to be tenderize...Then add salt, sour salt, corriender and mint leaves then mix further cook for 5 min..

Then for tarka add oil then add zeera, round red chillies, curry leaves, and garlic cloves (chopped) when garlic become golden brown pour tarka on daal and serve with rice..

Kababs prepration :At first boil potatoes then mashed them then add salt and all spices and ingrediends mention above and bread slice as well then mix it well and make kababs..

For coating :Add cornflour in water and dissolve it then dip the kabab in it and then coat with breadcrumbs and then refregirate for 15 min then shallow fry and serve with daal chawal salad and crackers...
