Steps

Add oil, ghee, chicken and fry till chicken turns white

Add lehsan adrak paste and cook for 2mins

Add sachet, red chilli, dhaniya, sonth, garam masala in a bowl with 3 tbsp water and add mixture in chicken

Cook till water dries

Dissolve aata and water in a bowl
- 6
Add aata mixture in chicken and stirr continously until oil disappears and aata dissolves completely
- 7
Keep chicken on slow flame until gravy becomes and oil starts appearing
- 8
Serve and enjoy
