Steamed Idli with chutney and sambar

In a Idli vessel, put a paddle full of risen batter in the grease plates,and steam for 15 minutes.

For coconut chutney; put all ingredients and corrriander leaves, Salt,blend and give tadka of mustard seeds, currypatta.

For Sambar; boil tur dal and mix Vegetables separately. In a Pan or Kadai put 2tbsp Oil in a medium flame, put mustard seeds when splutter, add curry patta,hing, whole Red chilies, saute for few minutes, put chopped Onions, fry till onion turns transparent, put tamarind juice, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, stir till tomatoes are soft, add Sambar Powder, stir for few minutes, add mashed and boil tur dal and mix Vegs Cook for five minutes.

Lastly, serve hot with Idli and chutney.
