Ingredients

  • 1/2cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1egg for crispier OR 2 egg for fluffier
  • Diced veggies and/or meat to taste
  • 1/2 cupshredded parmesan/ romano or cheese of choice
  • minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix squash with minced garlic, diced veggies, and shredded cheese

  2. 2

    Scramble egg(s) and mix into veggie/cheese mixture - add salt and fresh cracked pepper

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan to medium/medium-high heat, cook until browned, and flip
