This is a simple mixed-rice dish I made while using up leftover spinach.

Adjust the amount of seasoning to taste.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2bunches Spinach
  2. 4Wiener sausage
  3. 1 tspButter
  4. 2rice bowls' worth ☆ Cooked white rice
  5. 1 tbsp☆ White sesame seeds
  6. 1 tbsp☆ Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  7. 2 tsp☆ Gochujang
  8. 1☆ Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Thoroughly rinse the spinach, drain excess water, and cut to 2 cm pieces. Slice the sausage into coins.

    Heat butter in a frying pan, and add the sausages, then the spinach. Stir-fry until the spinach is tender.

  3. 3

    Combine the ingredients marked ☆, then those from Step 2, and serve.

    I recommend packing it in bento since it's tasty even when cold.
