Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add all the ingredients and then add milk and knead a dough

Add water and mix well to make a dough. And cover it for 5 minutes

Then in a Kadhai add oil and fry the pakoda on medium flame
- 4
Serve it in morning or evening snacks with Tea, sauce
