Steps

Dry roast pepper corn and jeera till changes colour,grind to powder when it cools

In a bowl add four cups water add tamarind pulp,ginger paste, jagarry,salt,half of coconut powder,half of coriander leaves and let it boil.

Now add prepared powder and cook for few minutes.

For tadka add ghee to pan add jeera,mustard seed let it crackle then add curry leaves,dry chilli, turmeric powder,hing add to pepper rasam mix well add remaining coconut powder, coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or drink as soup.
