  • 100 gramsegg whites
  • 100 gramsgranulated sugar
  • 100 gramspowdered sugar
  • Mint extract, to taste

    First, separate the egg whites from the yolks, making sure no yolk gets into the whites.

    Beat the egg whites, and as they thicken, gradually add the granulated sugar. Stop beating when the meringue is firm and glossy.

    Gently fold in the powdered sugar, then add the mint extract and food coloring.

    Use different piping tips to shape the meringues and bake at 195-250°F (90-120°C) for one hour.
