Grind poppy seeds, ginger, melon seeds, Cashew nuts & green chilies in a mixer grinder. Keep aside. Cut the Paneer in a square shape.

Heat 4 tbs. oil in Kadai & shallow fry the Paneer on it. Keep aside. Then add 1 cardamom. Add grinded masala & tomato on it. Fry it well. Add 1 tsp. Coriander powder, salt & a little water. Fry it well. Then add 1/2 cup of milk & Kasuri methi. Cook it for 3 minutes on low flame. Keep aside.

In another kadai, heat 2 tsp.Oil.& shallow fry the Paneer. Keep aside. Then Add all veggies & fry them for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. Then add the fried masala. Cover & cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Then add Paneer, sugar, ghee & garam masala. Switch off the flame. Cover & rest it for 5 minutes. Then serve it with Paratha, Puri, Jeera rice, or Palau.
