Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMutton with bones
  2. 2garlic cloves
  3. 1onion
  4. 2cardamoms
  5. 1black cardamom
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 1star anise
  8. 1cinnamon stick
  9. 8,10black pepper corns
  10. 4,5cloves
  11. 1 tspfennel seeds
  12. 4,5 glasswater
  13. For gravy:
  14. 3 cup Rice
  15. 1onion
  16. 1 tspcumin
  17. 6,8black pepper corns
  18. 2cloves
  19. 1big cardamom
  20. 1 tspcrushed cumin
  21. 1 tspcrushed coriander
  22. 3 tbsppulao masala
  23. 4,5green chillies
  24. 1/8 cupyogurt
  25. 3potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add mutton with water..

    Add garlic cloves, onion(cut in 4 cubes) with all while spices (you can take a cloth n tide all in it) or just put directly..

    Cook for 1 n half hour approximately.. water reduce to 2 cup..

    Remove the mutton from it and strain your yakhni... Set a side..

    Now in another pot heat oil add whole spices along with onion slices.. fry for a min..

    Now add mutton and potatoes (cut in cubes) along with dry spices and green chillies.. Bhounfy well for 4,6 min..

    Now add yogurt and cook for more 6,8 min..

    Add prepare stock and rice.. (adjust salt or water accordingly at this step)..

    Cook till water dries.. Then put on dun for 8,10 min..

    Serve with Tarka Raita and lassi
