Spread Margarine in a 2 Litters of ovenware. Set-aside.

Place a rack in middle of oven, and preheat oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃)

Put Eggs, Banana and Soy milk into the blender.

Blend them in high speed about 1 min.

Pour the mixture in the ovenware from Step 1.

Bake 50-60 min at 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Adjust bake time based on your oven.

Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.

Delicate and smooth in your mouth.

Serve with Maple syrup on top, amount adjusted for your daily nutritional needs.

Note: 500 ml of Silk Soy Dark Chocolate contains 14 g protein, 170 mg sodium, 6g Fibre and 36 g Sugar

Feel free to substitute any other kind of milk such as Almond, Rice, etc.
