Made with a mushroom soup packet (60 calories) and unsweetened soy milk for the white sauce. Although it's not a traditional white sauce, it's still very delicious. Sautéing minced garlic and mushrooms in a bit of butter greatly enhances the flavor of the mushroom soup.
Low-Calorie Mushroom White Sauce Clam Pasta
Made with a mushroom soup packet (60 calories) and unsweetened soy milk for the white sauce. Although it's not a traditional white sauce, it's still very delicious. Sautéing minced garlic and mushrooms in a bit of butter greatly enhances the flavor of the mushroom soup.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients. This time, use the soaking method for the pasta (soak for 2 hours and set aside).

Sauté minced garlic and mushrooms in butter until fragrant.

Once the mushrooms are soft, add enoki mushrooms and baby corn in sequence. After all ingredients are softened, add 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water, the mushroom soup packet, and 3/4 cup (200 ml) unsweetened soy milk. Add seasonings: Italian herbs, salt, etc. Once the water boils, reduce to medium heat to thicken the sauce. It will slowly become a thick white sauce.

After the white sauce is done, add clam meat and the soaked pasta. Stir-fry on high heat briefly. Finally, add broccoli for garnish, and it's done. (For my daughter, I add a bit of konjac for extra fullness).
