  4. White sauce: 1 packet mushroom soup, 3/4 cup (200 ml) unsweetened soy milk, 6 cloves garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of Italian herbs, 1 1/2 tablespoons (20 grams) butter

    Prepare the ingredients. This time, use the soaking method for the pasta (soak for 2 hours and set aside).

    Sauté minced garlic and mushrooms in butter until fragrant.

After all ingredients are softened, add 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water, the mushroom soup packet, and 3/4 cup (200 ml) unsweetened soy milk. Add seasonings: Italian herbs, salt, etc. Once the water boils, reduce to medium heat to thicken the sauce. It will slowly become a thick white sauce.
