Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 1 cupbajra
  2. 1/4 cupurad dal
  3. 1/4 cuptoor dal
  4. 1/4 cupmoong dal
  5. 1/4 cuprice
  6. 1/4 cupmasoor
  7. 1/4 cupmoong chilka
  8. 1/2grated lauki
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/2 teaspoonasafoetida (hing)
  11. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  12. 2-3green chilli
  13. 1/2 bowlboiled corn
  14. 1 cupwater for grinding
  15. 1grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak all lentils and rice grind it by adding ginger and green chilli

  2. 2

    Grind bajra with little lentils

  3. 3

    Add grated lauki hing, salt, ajwain and mix well

  4. 4

    Pour water if needed to make batter

  5. 5

    Take tawa put the batter on it and spread

  6. 6

    Put ghee or oil to cook from one side turn the side and let it cook

  7. 7

    Cut into triangle pieces and serve with chutney
