Happy Republic Day to all!🇮🇳🇮🇳
A healthy and delicious breakfast which is everyone's favourite! I tried making it with three colours matching out Tiranga. Being a Nutritionist, I prefer using natural colours from vegetables. So I prepared carrot & tomato dough for the orange part , Methi and coriander for the green part and Paneer plus yoghurt dough for the white part. The result was so delicious and so wholesome. First, assemble all the ingredients for each colour of dough as per list.

Mix the orange dough with given ingredients and keep covered.

Mix the green dough with given ingredients and keep covered.

Mix the white dough with given ingredients and keep covered.

To roll out parathas follow the pictures and you can roll as per any style. Make small dough balls from each dough and roll out 3 equal sized rounds. Keep on each other. Again roll into a long roll and cut out equal portions.

Roll into medium thick round paratha and roast on hot skillet using minimum oil. Just brush oil or butter as per taste on top and base after cooking and roast again. They are ready.

Or you can place the dough in a single sequence and roll in a rectangular shape to show the tri colour. Serve with yoghurt, curry or raita and enjoy!
