For aloo gobhi cut aloo and cauliflower in to small pieces.in a pressure cooker heat oil add cauliflower and potato.add all masala.make 3 whistle..

Ina kadai heat oil add chopped onion and capsicum saute till translucent.Add all masala add aloo and cauliflower sabji.mix well.

For moong dal tadka,wash and pressure cook moong dal.in a pan saute onion,add tomato puree all masala and ginger garlic paste.add all masala.saute till oil separate.

Add boiled dal.For tadka heat oil, add cumin seeds,bay leaf,dry chilli,and at the end add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.and pour on dal tadka.

For matar paneer in a pan heat oil,add chopped onion, after few minutes add ginger garlic paste and saute.now add tomato puree and all masala.saute till oil separate.

Now add boiled matar and cubes of paneer.add tomato ketchup.and matar paneer is ready.

Jeera rice,wash and soak basmati rice.for 1 hour.In a pan heat ghee saute cumin seeds.and pour in a soaked rice.than pressure cook.
