Mix all dry ingredients together and place into an airtight Jar: 10g psyllium powder
35 g ground flax (¼ cup)
30 g ground almonds
70 g ground hazelnuts
25 g ground oats (¼ cup)
20 g chia seeds
40 g brown rice protein powder
1 tbsp golden monk fruit sweetener (~8g)
40 g hemp hearts - 2
In a bowl, whisk together: ¼ cup (approx. 30 g) dry mix
1 egg
20 g natural yogurt
20 g cream cheese - 3
Pan fry on gentle heat - Makes 4 small drop pancakes (will need spreading about with a spatula, as mixture is quite thick).
