1 tbspVegetable oil
1 pinchNutmeg
1/2 tspGarlic (minced)
1/2 tspGinger (minced)
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSeasoning powder
1/4 tspRosemary
1/2 tspThyme
100 gRice stick noodles
1 tspMixed spices
2 tbspSoy sauce
1small Onion (sliced)
1medium Tomato (diced)
1Green pepper (sliced)
1small Carrot (sliced)
150 gChicken breast (diced)

Steps

Marinate diced chicken with mixed spices, curry, thyme, rosemary, seasoning, salt, ginger, garlic, and nutmeg for 5-10 minutes.

Cook rice stick noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

Heat oil in a pan, fry marinated chicken until browned.

Add onions and green peppers, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add carrots and tomatoes, cook until just tender.

Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, toss everything together and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
