Dice the vegetables, and ham.

Heat oil and butter. Add the ham, and vegetables sauté for 12 minutes.

Slice the chicken into strips. Heat the oil.

Add the eleven herbs and spices to the chicken strips

Add the flour

Mix well coating each piece

Fry for 3 minutes per side.

Move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils
