  • 200 gmchole soaked 6-8 hrs
  • 2onions paste
  • 2tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2Badi ilichi
  • Bay leaves (tejpatta.)
  • 8-10Kali mirch(black papper)
  • 8-10Loung (clove)
  • 1/2 tablespoonJeera
  • 4 tablespoonOil
  • 1tea bag
  • 1/2 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonHaldi powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoreander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonGaram masala
  • 1 tablespoonChhole masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tablespoonSoda

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked chhole ko coocker mein dale, usme soda, salt and tea beg daalkar 7-8 whistle laga le.

    Ab kisi bartan mein nikal le.

  3. 3

    Pani b whi rahne de.

  4. 4

    Ab pan mein oil garam Karen.

  5. 5

    Usme bay leaves, badi ilichi, loung kali mirch or jeera Dale.

  6. 6

    Ab isme onion paste, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste dale.

  7. 7

    Ab isme sare masale daal de.

  8. 8

    Ab acchi tarah masala bhune.

  9. 9

    Ab isme cholle daal de.

  10. 10

    5-7 min pakne de.

  11. 11

    Ready hai apke kashmiri chhole.
