Sabse pahle curd ko fant le usme 2bowl water mix karke side mein rkkhe.

Ab gas par pan garam karein usme butter ya ghee garam karein usme hing, jeera, dhanya, mathi dana daal kar bhune.

Ab onion, chilli, ginger, garlic daal kar bhune.

Ab curd or Bazare ka mixer bana kar daale or chalate rahe.

Salt, black pepper add karein jab ghadha hone lage 2-3 boil aane lage tab gas off karein.

Ab healthy tasty Raab taiyar hai black pepper powder or green coriander se garnish kar garma garam Raab serve karein.
