  1. 1Banana
  2. 1/2 cupLow fat Greek yogurt
  3. 2Egg whites
  4. 1 1/2 tbspHoney
  5. 2 tbspProtein powder ( vanilla or banana)
  6. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  8. 1 cupRolled oats
  9. 1/4 cupBlueberries

Cooking Instructions

    Mash banana and mix in yogurt and honey. Separate egg whites and mix in. Add baking powder, baking soda and protein powder and mix until smooth. Stir in rolled oats and blueberries.

    Bake at 180C for 25 minutes
