  1. 2Potato
  2. 2 cupsDil leaves chopped
  3. 2Tomato chopped
  4. 6 to 7Garlic chopped
  5. 2Green chilli chopped
  6. Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  7. 1 tspHaldi powder
  8. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the pan add oil

    Saute garlic in oil when garlic turn in pink colour

  3. 3

    Add dil leaves stir it and now mix potato and salt

  4. 4

    Cook it on low flame for 2 min

  5. 5

    Now add tomato chopped and dry ingredients mix well

  6. 6

    Add 1/4cup water and again cook it for 5 min on low flame.
