Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Suji
  2. 2 cup Milk
  3. 5-6 tablespoon Sugar
  4. 2 tablespoonMaida
  5. 2 tsp Powdered sugar
  6. 1 spoonDesi ghee
  7. 1 tsp Baking powder

Steps

    Pehle milk ko ek nonstick kadai me garam karein sugar dale usme jab milk me ubal ajaye tab suji ko dhere dhere mix karein dhyan rahe lumps na bane fir desi ghee bhi milaye aur suji ko pakate rahe jab tak sara pani soak karke dry na ban jaye fir usko thanda karein usme maida aur baking powder dale haton ko chikna karke usko achhse male aur dough taiyar karein

    Fir us dough ko 2 part me rakhe 1 part dough le fir mota bel lijiye ek glass ke help se cut karein fir ek bottle ke dhakan se bich me hole karein fir medium flame par sare donouts ko deep fry karein fir plate me nikale ek chalni se powdered sugar uske upar sprinkle karein apne man chaha decorate karein aur serve karein

    Suji ke gulabjamun ke liye maine same donouts ka dough use ki he chhote chhote balls without crack banale aur medium anch par tal lijiye fir 1 string chasni banae gulabjamuns ko garam chasni me dale aur gas off karke 30 miniute dhak de ready ho gaya apka suji ke gulabjamun
