Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 -6 pan cakes
  • 1 cuprawa
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupfresh malai
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspchopped green leaves coriander, curry leaves or spinac
  • 4roundels from tomato or red bell pepper
  • as neededGhee for frying
  • 2-3 tbspmilk for batter
  • as neededHoney / Sweet syrup / chutney of choice

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rawa in curd and mix malai, salt and sugar. Leave for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add chopped green leaves and baking soda and mix well. Add little milk if batter is thick.

  3. 3

    On a nonstick pan prepare small pancakes by pouring a ladle ful of batter. Apply ghee and cook. In the centre place s roundel of red bell pepper or tomato a the press with spatula. Now flip And cook from other side.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with mint coriander chutney as a snack. Or with maple syrup or honey as a sweet. Choice is yours.

  5. 5

    Enjoy yummy yummy pancakes. Kids are going to love it.
