Cooking Instructions

    Put sufuria in a jiko with water let it boil..add flour and stir to make ugali

  2. 2

    Add onions in cooking pan let them cook till golden brown add tomatoes and garlic.

  3. 3

    After the tomatoes have cooked add liver let it cook with medium heat. dont let over cook.add salt to taste

  4. 4

    In another sufuria,add cooking oil and onions after they have cooked add kales tomatoes and Dania on top cover with lid then let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve when hot
