Fried Cauliflower
Love it especially with Horseradish sauce
Cooking Instructions

Cut the cauliflower up bring a pot of water to boil.

Look it over for bad spots and wash the cauliflower.

Add to the water and boil 8 minutes. Set aside to cool and to drain excessive amounts of water off. I boiled this in my pasta water.

Mix the flour and spices.

Add eggs and milk to the flour.
- 6
Mix all the cauliflower in the batter.

Fry in the oil till done and move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil.

Sprinkle with a bit of kosher salt after each batch is fried.

Serve with a Horseradish sauce
