Boil tuvar daal and blend it with blender. Add all masalas, Kokum and jaggery to it. Boil it in thick vessel or cooker.

Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, 1 tbsp oil and ajwain to flour.

Knead dough like paratha.

Roll out roti from dough.

Cut into small equal size rectangular pieces.

Add 1 tbsp oil to boiling daal. Now add dhokla to boiling daal. Cook until done.

In a tadka pan take oil, add cumin, mustard seeds, add asafoetida once splutters. Add sesame seeds and add this tadka to Dhillon. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Daal dhokli is ready to serve.
