Ingredients

6 servings

1 1/4 lbmushrooms, sliced
1 cupsauerkraut
1onion, diced
2Granny Smith apples, diced
1/2 cupred wine
2 cupscabbage, chopped
1 tspgarlic, minced
1 cuptomatoes, diced
3/4 cupsbeef broth
1/2 lbsmoked sausage, sliced
1 lbcooked meat (beef, chicken, pork, ect)
to tastesalt and pepper

Lightly oil a large casserole dish.

Layer meats, onion, sauerkraut, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, and apples into casserole dish

Pour broth and wine over contents and cover with foil

In a preheated 325° oven, bake for 2.5 hours. Serve warm.
