Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbasmati rice
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 12-15Saffron strings
  • 1 pc.onion
  • 1/4 cupboiled rajma pink beans (small)
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tbsp.Rajma masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 pc.Small cardamom
  • 1 tbspginger chilli garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp.Birasta
  • 1 tbsp.Red chilli powder
  • 50 gmspaneer
  • 1 pc.Tejpatta
  • 1 pc.Star
  • 1big cardammom
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1red kashmiri dry chilli
  • 3-4 pc.cloves
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 4-5 pc.black pepper
  • 1 tbsp.Mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup. Curd
  • 2-4 tbsp.Butter and ghee
  • as neededOnion tomato ring

Steps

    Wash and soak rice for 1/2hr. Now heat ghee in a pan add all khada masala saute and add rice without water saute on fast flame. Add same water salt and kesar cover and cook on mid flame. 80%, Add birasta.cook white plain rice 2-3 tbsp

  2. 2

    Now grate paneer add salt and make balls. Saute in butter for 1-2min. Take out in a plate. same pan add gheechopped onion carrom seeds salt ginger chilli garlic paste saute. Add tomato puree red chilli powder kitchen king masala rajma masala and boiled rajmasaute add water cover and cook well on slow flame for 10mins. Add chopped mint leaves.

    Now mix both rice and arrange in a serving bowl rajma curry in middle add paneer ballsfew rajma beansin rice spread birasta rajma beans And give dhrungar. With charcoalcover add ghee and sugar for 2mins.and serve with onion tomato ring. Mint leaves garnish paneer ball with silver and serve.
