  1. 4boiled potatoes cut in cubes
  2. Halftsp salt
  3. Halftsp red chilli powder
  4. Halftsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tsponion seeds
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. Halftsp crushed coriander seeds
  8. 1/4 cuptamarind pulp
  9. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  10. 1 tbspchickpea flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil, fry cumin seeds, onion seeds, crushed coriander seeds, red chilli powder and salt. add tamarind pulp and brown sugar.mix well add dissolve chickpea flour and mix well. Lastly add boiled potatoes and mix well. Khatay aloo is ready to serve. Serve with papri.
