Ingredients

  1. 100 gm Paneer
  2. 2Onion
  3. As neededCashews
  4. as neededBadam
  5. 1 inch Ginger
  6. 5-6 Garlic
  7. 2Green Chilli
  8. as requiredKhus khus
  9. as requiredCurd
  10. as per tasteSugar
  11. as neededBrinji Leaves
  12. 3Cloves
  13. 1Anise
  14. 3Cardamom
  15. As neededOil
  16. As requiredGhee
  17. as required Garam Masala
  18. As requiredKasuri Methi
  19. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a Pan, Add Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cashews, Badam and Green Chillies and Pour some Water to it and let them Fry for some time... After that, Take Out the Water and Grind them well to make a Paste

    Then on a Pan, Add the Butter and Oil and Add the Brinji Leaves, Cloves, Anise, Cardamom and the Masala Paste and let it Boil for some time

    Then Add the Curd, Salt and Sugar to it and Add some Garam Masala and Kasuri Methi to it... But the Colour should not Change... it should only be White in Colour

    At Last, Add the Paneer to our Gravy and our Shahi Paneer is Ready Now!! This Suits the Best with Rumali Roti
