Ingredients

  1. 1 bowljowar(sorghum) flour
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 2chopped green chilli
  7. 2 tbspchopped fresh coriander
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. 250 grampotato
  10. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  11. 1/2 cup water
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspGaram Masala
  15. 3 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First take1 bowl jowar(Sorghum) flour then add chopped onion and green chilli coriander and 1 tsp salt and oil mix well then add water and make soft dough.

    Then take potato peel it, and got into pieces then wash it properly and take1/2cup green peas and heat oil in cooker add cumin seeds1 tsp hing saute for sometime.

    Then add green chilli and chopped onion and chopped tomato roast for 2 minute then add sabji and add 1 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder and add salt.1 tsp Garam Masala

    Add water and make masaledar sabji then take jowar dough and take some portion and roll it and make bhakri then cook both side till it brown. Now our jowar bhakri's ready.

    Serve jowar bakri with ghee and masaledar sabji transfer to a dish and decorate with green chilli and serve with masaledar sabji.Enjoy!!!
