  1. 2 packagestennis biscuits
  2. 500 mlwhipping cream
  3. 375 mlcaramel
  4. 1peppermint crisp chocolate

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    whip the cream until thick

  2. 2

    add the tin of caramel

  3. 3

    layer your biscuits and the whipped cream mixture

  4. 4

    sprinkle the peppermint crisp on topt

  5. 5

    NB you can fold the chocolate in the cream mixture, if you like, and just leave a judt a handful to dprinkle on top
