Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 2 cupswheat flour
  3. 2 spoons jowar atta
  4. 2 spoons besan
  5. 2 spoonssesame seeds
  6. 1 spooncoriander powder
  7. 1 Spoon turmeric powder
  8. 2 spoonsginger paste
  9. 2 Spoons chilli paste
  10. 2 spoonsgarlic paste
  11. 2 cupsmethi leaves finely chopped
  12. 1/2 cupspinach leaves finely chopped
  13. 1/2 cupgrated carrots
  14. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 cupcurd
  17. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add all flours.

  2. 2

    Add all chopped veggies, coriander powder, turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Add sesame seeds, ginger, chilli, garlic pastes and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add curd,two spoon oil and mix well add water as needed to make medium soft dough (it doesn't need more water).

  5. 5

    Take small ball of dough and roll it. Roast both side applying oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with pickles,curd, and chutney powder.
