An absolutely delicious, healthy and fulfilling sattu recipe that can be served as a snack , breakfast or lunch and dinner 😋
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add sattu flour, onion, Coriander leaves, salt, ajwain,amchur powder,oil and a few drops of water.
Combine to mix together well - 2
Knead a soft dough using flour, salt, Carrom seeds and water.
Take a small portion of the dough and form a bowl shape.
Add 2-3 tablespoon of the sattu mixture in the dough bowl and close the edges an d roll into a paratha. - 3
Heat a pan and roast the paratha from both the sides until golden brown. Apply some oil or ghee on both the sides.
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough and sattu mixture - 4
For the tomato chutney,
Roast the tomatoes and chillies on a gas flame. Wash them under water and peel off the tomatoes to get rid of the burnt peels.
Smash the tomato and chillies using your fingers or a smasher. Add the salt and cumin powder and remove in a serving bowl. - 5
Serve hot parathas with this tomato chutney.
