Cooking Instructions

Put roasted gram in a grinding jar and grind to fine powder.

Add green chillies, tamarind, garlic cloves and dessicated coconut.

Add 1/4 cup water and grind smooth.

Take out in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.

Heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard seeds. When crackle starts add red chilli powder and curry leaves. Roast for 2 seconds.

Pour over chutney. Roasted gram coconut chutney is ready to be served.

Serve with dosas idlis etc.
