Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/2 cup ragi
  2. 1/3 cupurad dal
  3. 1/4 cuprice
  4. 2 tbspmethi dana
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 5-6 tbspGhee or oil

    In the morning soak the the ragi and urdal dal and rice and methi dana for 6 to 7 hours.

    Drain the water and Grind this together in the mixer grinder. And keep this mixture for 4 to 5 hour to ferment.

    Keep the dosa pan on the gas, add some oil and add fermented mixture of dosa and spread it on the pan roast the dosa with ghee or oil as you wish.

    It's yummy and healthy. Serve with chtani or potato sabji.

good. My batter contained ragi flour , I had to soak and grind urad and methi, then mixed the batter with ragi flour. Thanks for sharing the recipe
