Ingredients

  1. 4leftover roti
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cuprice flour
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tspgreen chilli and ginger paste
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 1 tsp Til

Cooking Instructions

    In bowl mix both flour and all other ingredients except oil add water and make batter not to thick and not to thin.

    Apply on leftover roti roll it tight.

  3. 3

    Steam till done in steamer.

  4. 4

    Let it cool cut into pieces and deep fry till crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
