Cooking Instructions

Boil karela,salt (1 tsp) and peels in a pressure cooker.Give it a whistle and put off the gas stove.Let it cool.Squeeze and keep it aside.Grind peanut.

Heat oil in a karahi,add asafoetida, Fenugreek seeds and onion.Cook it for 5-6 min.Add all the spices and mix.Add karela peels and fry until golden brown.Add, peanut,gram flour,raw mango and cook for 4-5 min.Let it cool.

Stuff all the karela with raw mango masala.Heat oil in a pan,add turmeric,saute.Place stuffed karelas and fry until golden brown.Your delicious stuffed karela is ready to serve.Enjoy it with rice and dal or paratha.
