Wash the meat

Put the meat in a bowl and add,garlic,ginger, cinnamon powder,masala,black pepper,lemon,soy sauce and add oil.

Wrap it and leave it to rest for 3hrs to absorb the flavors

Meanwhile,you can wash and chopp your Kenyan greens (managu,mchicha,mnavu,mkunde) any two of your choice.

Wash your rice

Put a cooking pan with water,a little oil and salt to taste

Add the rice and bring it to simmer.

Arrange them nicely on a baking let them cook

Cook for 30min at 40°
