Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupwheat
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonsugar
  5. 2tbpn of oil
  6. 1tbpn of yeast
  7. For the soup:
  8. 4pepper
  9. 3habenaro pepper
  10. Spring onions
  11. Groundnut
  12. Palm oil
  13. Maggi
  14. Salt
  15. Yakuwa
  16. Beef
  17. Pumpkin
  18. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the dry ingredients and mix them well.

    Pour water bit by bit and make a sticky dough. Allow it to rise for 30mins.

    After 30mins, grease the pan with oil and pour small amount of the dough and cover to rise after 10 or more mins.

    Pour 2 cups of water and allow to boil, then place your pan in the boiling water and cover it to steam for 20mins.

    Blend the peppers and sliced the spring onions

    Heat the palm oil and pour the blended pepper, maggi, salt, onga, and garlic. Stir well and allow to cook for 3mins.

    Add the cooked meat, yakuwa nd grounded groundnut. Allow to cook for more mins and put spring onions, stir and leave it to cook for 2mins.
