Monja Crepe
I wanted to use up leftover yakisoba sauce powder! When my child was eating a tako senbei from a tuck shop, the cabbage topping kept falling off, and it seemed very difficult to eat…User Patamama's "Sauce Senbei"inspired me to make this!Measure the ingredients properly, since you have to season the batter itself. The taste will be too strong if you make the crepe thick, so, adjust the amount of the batter depending on the size of your frying pan to make thin crepes. They are good even cold! The chikuwa and tempura crumbs give the crepes a really nice flavor. Crepe
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioCrepes are like pancakes but much thinner and lighter in texture. You can get creative with crepes. You can serve it sweet or savory. But I prefer my crepe filling sweet especially with fresh fruits. When we traveled to Japan, we went to Harajuku and it was crepe heaven! There crepes are not just pretty but they were delicious! Believe it or not, I finished 3 crepes. Strawberry, banana and creme brulee. It was so good. Here in Cebu, everytime we go to SM, we usually stop by crazy crepes. Thats how i love these simple but delicious dessert.

Delicious Crepe Batter
I've loved crepes since I was little. I researched the ingredient combinations, the way of mixing the batter and the way to get a nice crepe pattern, to make what I think is the ideal crepe. If you mix the ingredients in order with a whisk, you won't need to sift the flour to get a smooth batter. Once the oil starts to disappear, the pattern won't be so pretty, so add more oil after cooking the 2nd/3rd crepe. Recipe by Tomusuke

Omelette Crepe Flower Decoration for Character Bento
Someone asked me how to make these kinds of flower decorations for bento boxes, so I decided to upload the recipe here. This flower would also look just as pretty if you used ham or egg whites instead. If you cut too far into the omelette the petals may come out too far and be hard to gather up. It's best to put in slightly smaller cuts. Recipe by O-sakaya

Apple Pie Crepe Cupcake...things
Okay so not gonna lie I had no idea this was going to work and I can't think of any kind of fancy name for this (if it hasn't been done already). Anyway, I tried out a recipe that was supposed to be "quick" and "easy" and "my daughter loved it" and I realized whoever told you making crepes was easy was a dirty communist because I couldn't get it right. Well, I ditched the recipe and used my own experience in the culinary arts to create what eventually became this. It was a cold night in Florida--good luck!! :)

Rice Flour Crepe Suzette
Crepe Suzette is very classic French dessert made by various recipes. This is my original "Under COVID-19 quarantine version", no use of wheat flour (as sometimes I have to struggle to find it) and low calorie (cause I'm getting weight due to the lack of exercise!) Rice flour does not contain gluten, so this crepe is easy to be teared. Please cook carefully. #eikoskitchen

I wanted to make some crepe-wrapped ice cream for my family, so I worked out the amount of ingredients I would need to make just enough crepes.Mix the vegetable oil in well. [Farmhouse Recipe] Rice Flour Chewy Crepe
I've been making pancakes or crepes with homemade rice flour. I came up with this amount of the rice flour and milk, which seems the most moist, chewy and delicious.・ Let the batter rest for no less than 1 hour. I sometimes make the dough the day before and cook it the next day. The rice flour takes a long time to absorb the moisture, so please do let it rest.・ If the rice flour sank to the bottom of the batter after resting, stir it before cooking. Recipe by FarmersK
