Ingredients

  1. For Sambar -
  2. 1 cuptoor dal(cook in pressure cooker)
  3. 1tomato, few curry leaves
  4. 1onion,pinch of hing
  5. 1 tspjaggery
  6. 1 tbspsambar masala powder
  7. 2Drum sticks, few peanut
  8. 2 cupwater
  9. For Vada -
  10. 1 cupurad dal(soaked 3 hrs)
  11. 2green chilli, few curry leaves
  12. 1 tbspdried coconut
  13. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly toor dal cooked in pressure cooker then heat kadai with oil add all sambar ingredients add water for consistency then sambar is ready

  2. 2

    Grind urad dal with all ingrediends of vada now that dal paste make so puffy by hand make vad shape then deep fry upto golden colour.

  3. 3

    Sambar Vada garnish with finely chopped coriander now is ready to serve
