Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsurad dal
  2. 1 pieceginger
  3. 3Onions
  4. 3-4 green chillies, chopped
  5. 10-12 curry leaves
  6. As RequiredWater
  7. As RequiredOil for deep frying
  8. 1/5 cup urad dal
  9. 1 tspjeera
  10. 1 tsphaldi powder
  11. 2 tspcoriander powder
  12. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  13. 1 tsphing
  14. As Per TasteSalt
  15. as required Vegetables which u want
  16. 1/2 cup imli water
  17. 1 Pinch sugar
  18. 1tomato
  19. 2 1/2 tspsambhar powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take mixer jar put urad dal ginger and green chilies grind n a thick paste.

    Remove the batter in n bowl add chopped onion, curry patta salt thing, and mix well till all is mixed gradually.

    Dip your hand in water put the paste on your hand make a hole in it and put in oil.

    Fry on medium flame till it changes golden brown.

    For sambar Boil tur dal with tomato and salt.

    Take Kadai put oil, Rai Curry Patta, and chopped onion.

  7. 7

    Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato, and imli water.

    Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chili powder Salt Let it boil.

    Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil adds hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

    Your yummy Medu vada sambar is ready to Serve.
