Ingredients

  1. Pinchcinammon powder
  2. 4ripe tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt levelled
  5. 1large fish deep fried and divided into 4
  6. 1 tablespoonginger and garlic paste
  7. 4 tablespoonoil
  8. 1/4 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your ingredients and cut them

    In a non-stick pan...add in oil..when it's ready add in onions and the garlic paste

  3. 3

    When it turns golden brown...add in tomatoes..stir then cover till the tomatoes turn into paste...uncover stir and add salt and cinammon..

    Add in your fish and water with the same level as the fish...let it boil till the water reduces to your liking and the stew appears thick...add in your milk..let it boil for like 5 minutes..

    Sprinkle your capsicum and coriander let it cook with the fish for 1 minute then remove...don't let it overcook serve with kienyeji greens and ugali..
