Ugba and Abacha
Abacha on a Sunday evening is totally not me.butfor a change
Cooking Instructions

Soak dry abacha with warm water.

Soak potash with 2 teaspoon of water.
- 3
Chop onion,Pepper and set aside.
- 4
Pour in palmoil in a pot,add potash and stir.
- 5
Mix very well it will turn yellow.
- 6
Sieve out the water from the abacha and pour in with ugba.add Maggi,Pepper,Crayfish and salt.

Stir and taste if little or more ingredients needs to be added.

Place on heat but lower the heat.simmer for 4mins.

Put off the heat and enjoy the meal.
