Ingredients: 100 gm peas; 150 gm paneer; 1/4 bowl malai or cream; 1/2 tsp chilli powder; 1/4 tsp turmeric powder; to taste Salt according; 1/4 tsp Gram masala; 1/2 tsp coriander powder; as needed Kasuri methi; 1 pinch Hing /asafoetida; 10-15 cashew nuts and almonds; 5-6 tomatoes water as required; 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds; as needed Oil or ghee for tadka; 2-3 green chilli; 1 medium sized piece of ginger

100 gmpeas
150 gmpaneer
1/4 bowlmalai or cream
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
to tasteSalt according
1/4 tsp Gram masala
1/2 tspcoriander powder
as neededKasuri methi
1 pinchHing /asafoetida
10-15cashew nuts and almonds
5-6tomatoes water as required
1/4 tspCumin seeds
as neededOil or ghee for tadka
2-3green chilli
1 medium sized piece of ginger

Cooking Instructions

Take cooker keep on flame add oil or ghee add cumin seeds. And add grind mixture of tomatoes,all the spices, Saute well cook for 4-5 min. Add malai or cream. Cook again 2-3 min.

Firstly take tomatoes, cashew, almonds,green chilli and ginger mix and griend well.

At last add peas,and water mix well.wait for 2-3 wishtle. Take paneer cut into Square shape shallow fried in ghee or oil.after peas proper cook add paneer. Cook again 3-4 min. Put kasuri methi. Matar paneer is ready.
