I came back home late from school so I decided to make this
Cooking Instructions

In a pot add water and allow to boil then add the rice and a desired quantity of the curry and a little salt close and per boil the rice then seive the rice using a colander

Blend your pepper and scotch bonnet and keep aside then chopped the onions into small pieces

In a pot heat oil then add onions saute then add the blended pepper saute for some minutes then add a little water and add the seasonings close and allow to boil then add the per boiled rice close and allow to cook.serve with salad or anything
