Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. Sambhar masala-2 tsp Coconut
  2. 1/2 tspMethi Dana (fenugreek seeds)
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tbspChana dal
  5. 1/2 tbspRice
  6. 2-3Cloves
  7. 1Cardamom
  8. 2 pinchHing/asafoetida
  9. 6-7Garlic pods
  10. 1 inchGinger
  11. 7-8curry leaves
  12. 7-8red chilli whole
  13. 1big onion
  14. Dosa batter
  15. 3 cuprice
  16. 1 cupudad daal
  17. 1 Tspmethi(fenugreek) seeds
  18. 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  19. Sambhar
  20. 3/4 cupArhar dal
  21. 1 cupmix Vegetable
  22. 1 tspjaggery
  23. 1/2 tspRed chilli
  24. 2 pinchhing/asafoetida
  25. 5curry leaves
  26. 2 tspoil
  27. to taste Salt
  28. as neededWater
  29. 2-3green chilli
  30. Imli pulp
  31. 1 tspTurmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Dosa batter -wash rice & daal,fenugreek seeds.soaked rice and daal in separate Over night. Grind it with water and it becomes fermented 4,5 hours add besan.mix well.

    Masala- in a kadai add oil add whole spices one by one.and add onion slice cook and cool down and grind it.

    Sambhar -take a pressure cooker add 2 tbs oil add green chilli chopped.add chopped vegetables and saute 2,3 minutes. Add grind paste cook 1 minute add salt.

    Add arhar daal& salt and enough water take 5-6 weisel. After that cool down open pressure cooker add chilli powder.

    Add Imli pulp and cook it again 5 minutes add jaggery. Now make tadka.take tadka pan add oil mustard seeds heeng,red chilli whole and curry leaves add tadka in sambhar

  6. 6

    Dosa - take a dosa pan add 1 spoon oil.make dosa add potato masala make dosa. Serve with coconut chutney.
