With some round cabbage leftover from yesterday, I added onion and ham to make a quick recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 300 ground cabbage
  2. 1 pieceonion
  3. 200 gham
  4. 3 tablespoonsmirin
  5. 1 tablespoonlight soya sauce
  6. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  7. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  8. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  9. 100 mlhot water

Cooking Instructions

    Cut round cabbage into thin strands.

    Cut ham into thin strands.

  3. 3

    Cut onion into thin strands.

  4. 4

    Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with medium heat. Saute onion and ham for 2 minutes. Then add black pepper and white pepper powder. Mix evenly.

    Once the ham starts to brown, add mirin and light soya sauce.

    Add the cabbage. Mix evenly for 1 minute.

    Add hot water. Cook until almost dries up.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve with rice. Sprinkle chilli pepper powder for spicy flavor.
